Mary was so easy to talk with. Her knowledge and explanation put me at ease. Being informed of approximate costing was also a huge factor for my consideration.

You then informed me that the consultation and surgery could be completed in one appointment. Wow, that was a winner as this is something I have wanted sorted for a longtime and have felt nervous about. 

Jane, your explanation, and diagram of the procedure helped me feel at ease. You and Mary worked amazingly together as a team and the job was over surprisingly quickly! Your follow ups as you promised has been extremely efficient.
